The only complaint I have is when I call the office it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. Forever is 20 to 30 minutes.

Dr.Willis is always willing to give you feedback and explain results of your tests.He always encourages his patients to walk as much as possible. And drink plenty of water. He says that if you do what you're suppose to do this can keep us from having to increase your medications. And I sure don't want to add any medications to my list.

The office changed my appointment time because Dr. Willis had procedures scheduled at 8:30 am, which is when my appointment was scheduled. No problem that my appt changed.
